It's amazing how a little effort in staging can completely elevate the interior of a space. Recently, I was posed with a challenge to see just how far I could elevate the look of the interior of a space of this architecturally stunning loft but on a zero dollar budget. Needless to say, as a designer, I was certainly open to the challenge. I felt by taking this challenge on, it proves to the public that you don't have to make an enormous investment in order to achieve a "look". This is where, as a designer, my talents take over.
Just a little paint, cleaning, and proper placement of furnishings, this allows a potential buyer to envision themselves living in the space. It all depends on pulling everything together and making the space look and feel cohesive.
The lofts were built on a concept of reuse and out of respect for the environment. In an effort to be environmentally conscious, eco-friendly paints were applied, as well as, 100% of the staging items were collected, reused, or borrowed to achieve this finished look. The goal was to see exactly how much product could be reused without the need to add either new or purchased items. The end result was a success. You'll see the before photos, as well as the final finished product.
